While we can’t gather in person to celebrate our good work, we WILL have a quick annual meeting (no WDC elections this cycle).

The brief business portion will be followed by an extremely timely speaker:

Dr. Gilberto Zelaya, Director of Voting Coordination to the Montgomery County Board of Elections.

Bring your questions on vote-by-mail, drop boxes, early voting, vote-by-mail, provisional ballots, voter suppression, outreach to under-represented communities, home-printed ballots, and more.

Dr. Gilberto Zelaya, known to County residents as “Dr. Z”, is the Community Empowerment/Public Information Officer between the Montgomery County Board of Elections. He is responsible for coordinating community relations and outreach with an emphasis on compliance with Montgomery County’s Spanish language requirements under the Voting Rights Act.
