WDC will host a happy hour featuring Montgomery County Executive Democratic Nominee Marc Elrich on Thursday, September 20th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakville Grille and Wine Bar located in the Wildwood Shopping Center at 10257 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda. There will be ample free parking.
